Ordering

Orders must be placed through the website or via email. Once your order is placed, a designer will send you a proof within 2 business days. Please note, during busier times of the year (wedding season, holidays, etc.) proofs may take a bit longer.

Photo Card Policy

Abigail Christine Design will ONLY accept photos that are your copywritten property. We will not use photos submitted with a photographer’s logo or watermark until it is removed by the photographer and resubmitted.

Proofing Policy

Your proofs will be emailed to you at the email address you provided on your order form. Please make sure to check over all details including spelling, details, colors and layout. We are not responsible for spelling or grammatical errors once a proof has been approved. If there are changes to be made, please let us know! You receive two complimentary rounds of proofs with your order. Should additional proofs be required, a $25 fee will be charged.

Custom Design Policy

All creations custom designed for clients are the Design and Intellectual Property of Abigail Christine Design. In purchasing a “Custom Designed Product” or paying the Abigail Christine Design “Custom Design Fee”, the customer understands that these designs will become Abigail Christine Design copywritten items and may be sold as future Abigail Christine Design products or used in Abigail Christine Design advertising. All custom design fees charged are NON-REFUNDABLE and are determined on a per client/job basis.

Payment

Abigail Christine Design accepts all major credit cards and Paypal for purchases. We do not accept checks or money orders.

Printing and Delivery

We make every effort to ship your order to you as a soon as possible. Our standard printing time may take up to 7 business days. Your order will ship flat, neatly packaged and ready for you to assemble. All U.S. orders ship USPS Priority Mail, which has as 2-3 day transit time. International orders ship via First Class International Mail, which has an 8-10 day transit time. Rush shipping is available.

Cancellation Policy

If you’d like to cancel your order and we have not yet started the design process, then there will be no charge. If we have produced a proof, there is a 25% cancellation fee. If we have already received your final approval, you will be responsible for the total cost of your order. Abigail Christine Design reserves the right to cancel an order at any time.

Refund and Exchange Policy

Unfortunately, because we offer truly customized products, Abigail Christine Design items cannot be refunded or exchanged. However, if there is a mistake on our end, we will be more than happy to replace the item free of charge.

Please be aware that Abigail Christine Design does our best to represent the colors of all products in our pictures. All computer monitors display images in RGB format (calibrated differently) and all FAbigail Christine Design printing is done in CMYK format, so slight color variation from your computer screen to print may occur.

Privacy and Security

Abigail Christine Design ensures that your privacy is protected when using our website. We will never share or sell information to any third party.
