PROOFING

Will I see a proof, if so, how many?

Yes!! As a custom design business, we want our customers to be 100% happy with their order before it goes to print. However, all custom design orders are limited to two proofs. Should additional proofs be required, a $25 fee will be charged.

When will I receive my proof?

All proofs will be sent to customers within 48 hours of their purchase. Please note, during busier times of the year (wedding season, holidays, etc.), proofs may take longer.

How does the proof approval process work?

Once you are satisfied with your proofs, please respond with PROOF APPROVED, READY TO DELIVER and we will start production. Nothing ever proceeds to print without your approval.

Can I make changes after approving my proof?

No, once you approve your proof, we send orders immediately to print and thus we are no longer able to make any changes. Therefore, please carefully review your proof prior to approving it.

Can I order a hard copy of my proof?

Yes, it costs an additional $10 per proof.

SHIPPING

How quickly will my order ship?

Typically, an order can be processed, printed and delivered to you within 5-7 business days. During the holidays and busier times of the year, it may take an additional 2 days to receive your order. We make every effort to complete and deliver your designs as soon as possible.

What happens if my order is lost or damaged?

Abigail Christine Design is not responsible for orders “lost in the mail” due to undeliverable addresses or mail system delays. Once order is placed in the mail, it becomes the responsibility of USPS. We do not guarantee the arrival date of any order. If USPS damages or loses your package, please contact us.

CUSTOMIZATION

What can I customize?

Virtually every design can be customized to some degree, i.e. colors and fonts to match your event. Additional customizations may require a custom design fee.
