PLEASE READ ALL DETAILS BELOW BEFORE BOOKING:

• These fee(s) are to be purchased on a per monogram or crest basis and are for one-time update.
• You may add more than one add-on per monogram or crest, but they will need to be added to the cart separately.
• If wanting a custom color, please note your thoughts in the Additional Notes section.
• If wanting a second color, please add the color name in the Additional Notes section.
• If wanting to add a Crest to a Wreath and Monogram design, please add the name of the crest in the Additional Notes section.
• A Semi-Custom Monogram or Crest must be purchased along with or prior to purchasing these add-ons.

ABOUT OUR MONOGRAMS AND CRESTS:

• Semi-Custom Monogram and Crests are designed for exclusive use on Abigail Christine Design products.
• Monograms and/crests must be ordered with the paper or textile item with which they will be used.
• You will receive a MAXIMUM of two proofs (if needed).
• A digital file and release are available for all Semi-Custom Monograms and Crests only.
• A digital file and release must be purchased either along with your order or separately. This personal use license, allows you to use it on cups, paper napkins, match books, koozies, acrylic, signage, floor decals and lighting.
• Digital files are for PERSONAL USE ONLY and may not be altered or resold in any manner, or used on products that will be resold.
• Final approved monogram and/or crest files are provided in JPEG, PDF, and EPS high resolution formats. If you need a different file type for a vendor, please let us know. We do not provide DST or embroidery files.
• We reserve the right to cancel and refund any monogram and/or crest design if we determine our exclusive artwork will be used at a retail or commercial level or for a profit.

MONOGRAM PROCESS:

The purchase of a semi-custom monogram gives you two options from which to choose, and the selected monogram will be finalized based on your feedback.

You will select a monogram from the provided options. Two FREE rounds of revisions to the monogram of your choosing are included in your purchase! Each additional round incurs a a $50 fee.

Once you are satisfied with and have approved your monogram, we will proceed to designing your chosen Abigail Christine Design products OR provide you the digital files for your personal use (if this option was chosen and paid for). No further changes will be made once the monogram and/or crest has been approved.

TURN AROUND TIME:

Up to THREE full weeks are required for all semi-custom monograms. We are not able to rush this process.

IMPORTANT!!!
Abigail Christine Design retains the rights to all of the Semi-Custom Collection’s monograms and crests designed for purchase. This allows us to protect the integrity of a custom mark designed exclusively by us.
