Digital File Release

Description

PLEASE READ ALL DETAILS BELOW BEFORE BOOKING:

• This one time fee covers the release of the digital art files from your Semi-Custom Monogram or Crest order only.
• A digital file and release must be purchased either along with your order or separately. This personal use license, allows you to use it on cups, paper napkins, match books, koozies, acrylic, signage, floor decals and lighting.
• Digital files are for PERSONAL USE ONLY and may not be altered or resold in any manner, or used on products that will be resold.
• Final approved monogram and/or crest files are provided in JPEG, PDF, and EPS high resolution formats. If you need a different file type for a vendor, please let us know. We do not provide DST or embroidery files.
• Once your purchase is complete, we will email you your files within 2-3 business days.
• We reserve the right to cancel and refund any monogram and/or crest design if we determine our exclusive artwork will be used at a retail or commercial level or for a profit.

Abigail Christine Design retains the rights to all of the Semi-Custom Collection’s monograms and crests designed for purchase. This allows us to protect the integrity of a custom mark designed exclusively by us.
