Cheers to the new year and making your wedding the ZEST DAY EVER!!! 2018 was filled with so many wonderful clients and inspiring designs, but this one tops my list of favorites for 2017.

Once in a great while you get lucky with clients and the playfulness of their names, last names or hash tags and having Wanner and Lemmon together completely set the tone. When I first met with Lauren, I quickly discerned that she and hubby-to-be Ryan, wanted a suite that was both elegant and timeless as noted by their colors of navy, gold and a touch of blush but they wanted it to be fun too!

When designing the suite, I came up with some creative wording for the envelope that would house the reception card. I remember thinking, they are either going to love this or hate this and I was so thrilled when they LOVED the “We WANNER you to shake your Lemmons!!!” We used a specialty stock for this suite that is the most perfect shade of soft blush. The color almost looks vintage – SO GORGEOUS!!! The edges of the invite were beveled and hand-painted in a metallic gold and we brought in the coordinating color on the reception card  and envelope and invitation envelope return addressing.

Guests were welcomed to their hotel rooms with a custom welcome box filled with these wedding agendas and custom hotel key cards. Not a detail was missed!

We wanted to carry the Lemmon theme throughout, but did not want to overdo it, so we chose the best places. I think honestly, my most favorite item of the entire collection is the custom Lemon Enamel Pins we did. I wanted these pins to pull double duty; serve as pins for escort board AND be wearable by all of the guests.

Other special details included custom cocktail napkins and the dog illustrated guest towels. We didn’t forget Dad either!!! A whiskey bar featured all of his favorites! Everything was truly created with the clients in mind and we can’t agree more with their wedding hashtag #MATCHMADEINLEMMON!!!
